How We Work With You
A price you hear before we start
Having us come out and look costs you nothing, and it doesn't commit you to anything. Our pricing is upfront, with no hidden fees added once the truck is loaded. The total comes down to the volume of your load, its weight, and whether it sits up a flight of stairs or at the end of a long carry. If you decide not to go ahead, that's fine.
Care inside your home
We walk the path out before carrying anything heavy. Tight stairways, door frames and fresh flooring get extra attention, and we take things apart when that's the safer way out.
Space left usable
After the haul, we sweep the area we cleared. If a furnace closet, breaker panel or vent was buried, we make sure it's reachable again.
Honest answers about old appliances
If you're not sure whether that spare freezer is worth keeping, we'll tell you plainly that older units tend to use far more electricity than newer ones. The choice stays yours.
