Garage Cleanouts in Smyrna

If your car hasn't seen the inside of the garage in years, we can help. Our crew sorts what stays and what goes, carries out everything you're done with, and sweeps the floor before we leave. You point, we lift.

A garage you can use again

Garages fill up slowly. A few boxes from a move, a treadmill nobody uses, paint cans from three projects ago. Before long the space meant for your car is a storage room you squeeze past. A garage cleanout gets it back in one visit, without you hauling anything to the curb or making trips to the dump.

There's a practical side too. Clutter stacked against the water heater or the door into the house blocks airflow and access, and an old fridge humming away out there can quietly add to your power bill through a long Georgia summer. Clearing the space makes it easier to keep up with the things in your home that cost money to run.

We give you the price before we start, and nothing gets loaded until you say yes.

What a garage cleanout covers

Sorting with you

You don't need to have everything decided before we arrive. Walk through with us, point at what goes, and we'll set aside anything you want to keep.

All the heavy lifting

We carry out workbenches, shelving units, old exercise equipment, lawn mowers and boxes of every size. Our crew does the loading, so nobody in your household strains a back.

Old fridges and freezers

Many garages have a second fridge that has seen better days. We remove it along with other appliances, and our appliance removal page has more on how we handle them.

Yard and hobby leftovers

Broken tools, cracked planters, bikes, kayaks with holes and leftover lumber all go in the truck.

Donation and recycling where we can

Usable furniture and tools get set aside for donation when possible, and metal is separated for recycling instead of heading straight to the landfill.

A swept floor

When the last load is out, we sweep up so you're left with a clean slab, not a ring of dust where the boxes used to be.

Signs it's time to clear the garage

Your car lives in the driveway
If the car sits outside through pollen season and summer storms while the garage holds stuff, the space isn't doing its job.
You can't reach the water heater or panel
Boxes piled in front of the water heater or electrical panel make routine checks hard and repairs slower. Those areas need clear space around them.
A spare fridge you barely use
An older fridge in a hot garage works hard and runs often. If it holds a few drinks and not much else, letting it go can trim what you pay to run it.
Pests have moved in
Cardboard and stacked clutter give mice and roaches places to hide. Clearing it out is the first step to keeping them from moving inside.
You're getting ready to sell or move
Buyers want to see a usable garage, and movers charge for every box. Clearing it first saves time on both ends.

How the day goes

  1. 1

    A quick call

Tell us roughly what's in the garage and we'll give you a quote by phone. If it's easier to see in person, we'll set up a free on-site estimate.

  2. 2

    We arrive and walk through

Our crew walks the garage with you, confirms what's going, and gives you the final price before anything moves.

  3. 3

    Load and haul

We carry everything out to the truck, working around your cars, driveway and landscaping. You don't have to lift a thing or stay out in the heat.

  4. 4

    Sweep and check

We sweep the floor and do a last walk with you so you can see the space is clear and nothing you wanted kept went on the truck.

What sets the price

The biggest part of a garage cleanout price is volume, meaning the share of the truck your load fills. What the items actually are can move the number a bit from there. You get upfront pricing with no hidden fees, and we confirm the figure with you on site before a single box is loaded.

Volume
A few large items cost less than a garage packed wall to wall. The more truck space your load fills, the higher the price.
Type of items
Appliances, mattresses and tires can carry disposal costs that ordinary boxes don't. We'll tell you up front if anything in the garage falls in that group.
How much sorting you want
If you'd like us to help sort keep, donate and toss piles as we go, that takes more time than hauling items you've already set aside.
Access
A garage with a working door and a clear driveway loads fast. Items in an overhead loft or a detached shed out back take longer to bring down.

Common garage cleanout questions

Should I sort the garage before you arrive?
No need. Plenty of people decide item by item while we work, and that's okay. To speed things up, you can set aside what you know you're keeping, but our crew can sort through it with you either way.
Do you take old paint and chemicals?
Mention them when you call. Things like wet paint, pesticides and motor oil follow special disposal rules, so we'll let you know what we can haul and what needs to go to a separate drop-off.
Can you haul away my garage fridge?
Yes. Refrigerators and freezers are among the items we take out of garages most often. Empty it beforehand if you can, and we'll take care of everything else.
When can you get here?
Same-day and next-day service are available. Openings depend on how booked our crews are, so call us and we'll find the soonest time that works for you.
Do I have to be there the whole time?
We'd like someone to meet us at the start so we can go over the garage together and agree on what's leaving. After that, you can head inside, run errands or go about your day while we load. We'll touch base with you before we drive off.
Can you clear the basement too?
Yes, both can be done in one visit. Our basement cleanouts page covers how we deal with stairs and tight spots, and doing both together usually takes less time than two separate bookings.

Ready to park inside again?

Tell us what's crowding your garage and we'll give you a clear price over the phone. If you'd rather we take a look first, the on-site estimate is free.
