Construction Debris Removal in Smyrna

Once the remodel wraps up, the old drywall, lumber, tile and cabinets still have to go somewhere. We load it from your driveway, garage or side yard, haul it off and sweep up after ourselves. You get upfront pricing with no hidden fees before we lift a thing.

When a debris haul is the right call

Home projects tend to leave behind a surprising amount of waste. Tearing out one bathroom can mean a cast iron tub, a few hundred pounds of tile and a stack of backer board. A kitchen update brings old cabinet boxes, countertop slabs and bundles of trim. If your contractor left the cleanup to you, or you did the work yourself, construction debris removal gets it off your property without a week of trips to the transfer station.

We come to your home, carry everything out ourselves and load it into our truck. You don't need to stage it at the curb or break it down first. Some jobs matter for comfort and energy use, too. Old insulation, replaced windows and torn-out ductwork tend to sit in a garage or crawlspace for months, sometimes blocking a return vent or a water heater closet. Clearing that out lets your system breathe the way it should.

What we haul from a remodel or repair

Drywall, plaster and lath

Broken sheets, offcuts and the dusty bags from a demo day. We bag loose pieces so they don't shed across your floors on the way out.

Lumber, trim and old framing

Studs, subfloor sections, fence boards and deck planks. We watch for exposed nails and handle it so nothing gets dragged across your lawn.

Tile, stone and countertops

Heavy material like ceramic tile, mortar chunks and granite or laminate tops. We carry it in manageable loads to protect your driveway and your back.

Cabinets, vanities and fixtures

Kitchen cabinet boxes, bathroom vanities, sinks, toilets and old tubs. If something is still in decent shape, we set it aside for donation where a local center will take it.

Windows, doors and insulation

Replaced windows, old exterior doors, leftover fiberglass batts and the plastic that came off them. Getting these out of the attic, garage or crawlspace keeps them from crowding vents and equipment.

Final sweep

Once the truck is loaded, we sweep the area where the pile sat. You get your driveway or garage floor back, not a ring of grit and screws.

Signs it's time to clear the debris

The pile is outlasting the project
The new kitchen has been finished for weeks, but the old one is still stacked beside the house. That's usually the moment people call us.
Your car lives in the driveway now
Scrap drywall and lumber have taken over the garage. Clearing it gives you your parking spot back and keeps damp material away from stored items.
Nails and sharp edges near kids or pets
Broken tile and nail-studded boards are a real hazard in a yard. Getting them gone quickly is the safest fix.
Materials are blocking vents or equipment
Leftover insulation or boxes of old windows pushed against a furnace, return grille or water heater can restrict airflow. Removing them helps your system run the way it was designed to.
Too much for the trash cart
Your regular pickup won't take a vanity or forty square feet of tile. A single haul handles it in one visit.

How a debris removal day goes

  1. 1

    Start with a phone call

Tell us what's in the pile and where it's sitting. Most loads can be priced during that call. If you prefer that we look at it in person, we offer free, no-obligation on-site estimates.

  2. 2

    Pick a time that works

Same-day and next-day service are available depending on our schedule. We'll confirm the window so you're not waiting around.

  3. 3

We confirm the price before lifting anything

When we arrive, we look over the load and confirm the price with you. You say yes before any work starts.

  4. 4

    Load, haul and sweep

Our crew carries everything out, loads the truck and sweeps the area clean. Donatable items get set aside, and the rest goes to the proper disposal facility.

What moves the price of a debris haul

The biggest factor is how much room your debris takes up in our truck. Weight and access matter too. We give you the number upfront, and it doesn't change once we start unless you add more to the load.

Volume
A few contractor bags of drywall scraps costs less than a full gutted kitchen. We price by the space the load fills.
Weight of the material
Tile, concrete chunks, plaster and stone weigh far more than lumber or cabinets. Dense loads cost more to dispose of.
Access to the pile
Debris stacked close to where our truck can park goes on quickly. Material down in a basement, up in an attic or out in the far corner of the backyard means more trips on foot.
Sorting and special items
Mixed loads that include old appliances, mattresses or items headed for donation take a bit more handling. We'll point out anything that changes the price before we load it.

Construction debris questions

Do I need to bag or bundle everything before you come?
No. We carry it out as it sits. If loose drywall dust or small bits are scattered around, we'll bag them as part of the job. Having it in one general area does help us finish faster.
Will you take concrete and brick?
Usually, yes, in reasonable amounts. Masonry is heavy, so it affects the price more than lighter material. Tell us roughly how much when you call so the quote is accurate.
Is there anything you can't haul?
Wet paint, solvents and other chemicals can't go in our truck. Materials that may contain asbestos, like some older floor tiles or pipe wrap, have to be handled by a specialized abatement crew. If we spot something that looks suspect, we'll tell you plainly instead of guessing.
Can you haul debris while my contractor is still working?
Yes. Many people book us midway through a project to clear the demo pile before finish work begins. We'll work around the crew and keep the haul out of their way.
Do you handle cleanouts beyond the remodel waste?
We do. If the project turned up old furniture or a garage full of stored items, our furniture removal and garage cleanouts service can be handled in the same visit.
